When I moved in, my apartment wasn’t ready and the staff was unorganized & short-handed. However, throughout my lease term the staff has gotten much better at taking care of issues and maintenance has been efficient. It seems like Midtown has made major improvements in satisfying residents' needs.

Midtown Lofts is drastically improving. I've been looking at all of the negative reviews and to be honest, half of them were right to complain. However, that was with the OLD management, which changed about half a year ago. The current property manager, Amber, is really nice and you can tell she actually cares about the building and her residents. The current leasing staff is very friendly and answers questions as soon as they can. Lastly, the maintenance crew always works super hard, even on off days from what I've seen, to make sure everything in the building is running smoothly. While there are still things that may not be the greatest (as with any building) I think they are starting to make up for it with customer service. I truly do think that Midtown Lofts is heading towards the right direction and making up for previous mistakes under subpar management.

I lived here my sophomore year and they definitely have stepped up their management! Maintenance always comes in a timely manner and the staff are incredibly nice. I also like the apartment bonding events they host often to encourage bonding between residents. I would say that South 3rd Lofts definitely improved from previous years and I had a great time living here. Additionally, their apartments are renovating this year and so they will be a lot more innovative and modern. However, my apartment there was still incredibly cozy and convenient for having groups of people over. Definitely consider it!

Midtown is nice in that it provides security with packages and entry. There are amazing amenities for a fair price and the location is super great for just an 8-minute walk to the main quad. Being close to the post office and to Lion is convenient. The closest bus stops are only a 5-minute walk or less.
