Booking Deposit
Application fee: $50.00, one-time.
Pay In Instalment
Total rent for the term is divided into equal installments. Installments are due on the first of each month during the residence. Installment amounts are always equal and are not prorated. If a tenant moves in after the first of the month or moves out before the last day of the month, the full installment for that month remains due. A late fee of 10% of the base rent per month is charged.
Mode Of Payment
Rent may be paid online through the resident portal by ACH, debit card, or credit card. Rent may also be paid by check or money order at the leasing office. Cash is not accepted. Convenience fees may be charged for online payments.
Guarantor Requirement
If a tenant is unable to qualify on their own, they will be required to have a guarantor. A Guarantor Waiver Program is available at $58 per applicant per month, or a two-month security deposit may be paid as an alternative to qualify without a guarantor.
Additional Fees
Resident Life Programs fee: $10.00 per installment. Damage Liability Waiver (DLW): $17.00 per month. Utility fee: $7.00 per month. Trash fee: $7.00 per month. Utilities: Amount varies based on usage per month.

What if I need something repaired in my apartment?
The onsite, professional maintenance team would be happy to help you. The property will need some details, so be prepared to provide specifics with your requests. You may submit a service request in the following ways:
Option 1: Enter a service request through the online resident portal.
Option 2: E-mail your request to the property and a team member will enter a service request on your behalf.
Option 3: Visit or call the office during normal business hours and a team member will be happy to enter your service request. If it is after business hours, you are welcome to leave a message with an after-hours representative.
For Emergency Requests: A maintenance team member is on call 24/7 for emergency maintenance needs (i.e. door/window lock issues, major leaks, plumbing, no heat or AC during weather extremes, refrigerator not cooling, no electricity/gas/water, etc.). Please CALL the office at any time. If after business hours, an operator will assist you.
