PMG has three installment payment options to choose from: one installment, two installments, or twelve installments. For the one-installment option, you will be expected to pay the entire amount due under your housing contract on August 1. If you decide to pay in two installments, you will be expected to provide those installments on August 1 and January 1. Lastly, the twelve-installment option requires you to pay the first installment on August 1, with the remaining eleven installments due on the first of each month.
