Uncommon practices individual liability leasing with allowances for dependents. All adult residents must sign separate lease agreements, even couples.

No, payments are due on the first day of the month and considered late on the 3rd day of the month

What is the policy for early move-out?

Residents can re-let (sublet through the leasing office) the remainder of their lease or buy out their lease. The leasing office facilitates the re-let process but is not responsible for covering the remainder of the lease should a resident want to move out early. The resident is solely responsible for finding a replacement.

How can I schedule a viewing?

Tours can be scheduled via phone, through Property website via guest card/application or Perq/online chat, or via email.

What is the turnaround time for processing applications or requests?

Turnaround is usually immediate. If applications are completed properly then a lease is autogenerated and sent to the prospect for signature. Documents can also be sent manually.

Is there a specific intake period for the property?

Uncommon typically begins leasing for the next lease year during the October previous. As long as there is availability at the property for the current and future lease period, the staff is actively leasing.

Is there anything else that we should know about the property?
