For 26-27 AY:- The property management does not require for you to have a guarantor to book a room.
For 26-27 AY:- 1. Limited parking available at AU$13.00 per vehicle, per week. Permits are provided with 24-hour access to a parking space for the duration of your agreement. Applications are approved on a “first in, first served” basis. 2. The resident must pay a Departure Cleaning Fee of AUS$190 at the end of the contract. Additional cleaning fees may also apply.
For 26-27 AY:- Students are required to pay a 2-week deposit within 72 hours of receiving the letter of offer to reserve your room which will go towards your rent.
For 26-27 AY:- You are also required to pay a bond (equivalent to 4 weeks rent) before checking in

Do I need to organise my own Contents Insurance?
Yes, this is not included in your rent.
What are your check-in times and days?
Check in is available Monday to Friday, 10 am – 6 pm from property reception. They do not offer check in on weekends or public holidays.
Do they offer after hours check-in?
Yes, please call the Duty RA. The Duty RA will have you complete some paperwork, provide you with your key, and show you to your room.
Is the residential life program fee a one-off payment?
You need to pay for the residential life program fee annually. It is compulsory and it covers a range of events and activities organized by property management.
Will someone help me if something is broken/ not working in my room?
Yes, The propertymanagement has a professional maintenance team to support the general maintenance requests. Contractors may be arranged if the issue persists.
