If I wanted to break my lease, what are the costs associated with this?

Per Lease Agreement. The cost will be 2 weeks' rent plus GST, AU$165 Advertising fee, and Rent paid until the apartment is leased again.

Each tenant pays for their energy as it is separately metered. Each tenant will hold their own account with an energy company who manage the embedded network.
