    If you are denied a VISA and as a result cannot enter the UK to partake in your University degree, then you can cancel your booking with no obligation to the contract, so long as evidence of the VISA denial is sent, via email, to the property within 2 days of the letter/correspondence date. On receipt of the required documentation it will be verified and, provided that the property is satisfied, they will cancel your agreement.     A student is liable to pay rent until they arrange for a replacement tenant after cooling off period. Second Instalment: Due on 1st May. Third Instalment: Due on 1st June. Summer Bookings (May Onwards Move-Ins) For tenants booking for summer move-ins (May onwards), full rent payment is required upfront at the time of booking.

    Guarantor Requirement

    1. No guarantor required for 1/2 instalments. 2. UK/International Guarantor required for more than 2 instalments. 3.  International guarantor should be a parent/relative. Friends are not allowed.
