Early termination by students

Residents must provide at least 2 weeks' written notice before ending the agreement. If a resident moves out before completing the minimum stay specified in the agreement, a 2-week break fee applies.

Occupancy fees are charged weekly. Partial weeks are pro-rated using the daily rate (weekly rent ÷ 7 × number of days stayed). Rent must be paid at least one week in advance.

Additional Fees

A 2-week break fee applies if the resident moves out before completing the minimum stay specified in the agreement.

The minimum stay is two weeks. Longer stays are offered at more affordable weekly rental rates.
