Before arrival — if a student cancels due to a visa refusal or cancellation, we provide a full 100% refund of the deposit. If the cancellation is due to a change of mind and notice is given less than 4 weeks before the arrival date, no refund is provided. After arrival — if a student departs before the end of their agreed term, the following applies: — More than 8 weeks early departure: full deposit forfeited — Less than 4 weeks early departure: assessed on a case-by-case basis — typically 50%
