No Visa No Pay

A cancellation before the Agreement start date is eligible for a full refund of the deposit if the resident provides valid written evidence that their Australian visa was rejected. The cancellation request must be submitted in writing from the email address used to execute the Agreement and sent to the property designated email address.

No Place No Pay

A cancellation before the Agreement start date is eligible for a full refund of the deposit if the resident provides valid written evidence that their offer of enrolment at an Australian university was withdrawn. The cancellation request must be submitted in writing from the email address used to execute the Agreement and sent to the property's designated email address.

Replacement Tenant Accepted

For agreements in Western Australia, if an approved cancellation occurs, the deposit equivalent to 2 weeks' rent will be used to cover the cost of locating another tenant and any rent lost during that period. If there is no loss to the property, the deposit will be refunded.

Booking Deposit

A deposit of up to 2 weeks' rent is required at the time of applying for accommodation. The deposit will be applied as the first 2 weeks' rent upon move-in.

Security Deposit

A bond equivalent to 4 weeks' rent is required for tenants under a Residential Tenancy Agreement. Each Australian state has specific requirements regarding how the bond can be paid.

Rent needs to be paid fortnightly.

Yes, you can. The property has certain studio room types that allow dual occupancy. Alternatively, you can also choose to share a cluster apartment with your friends.

Are there any extra costs that I should be aware of?

There are no extra costs, as the property is a truly all-bills-inclusive accommodation provider.

Is Wi-Fi included and how does it work?

Unlimited lightning/warp-speed WIFI (also known as a minimum of 100Mb symmetrical upload and download per user) is provided for your stay, and you can connect up to 5 devices through one username.

Can I bring a pet to live at the property with me?

Whilst they would love for you to be able to bring your pets with you, there are various legislations in place depending on the state and building you apply to live in, as well as moral obligations and high standards of living they hold for any pet living in a city location with minimal outdoor space. Should you require an assistance animal to alleviate and/or support a disability and can provide relevant documentation, please get in touch with their team, who can support in providing the best solution for you, your pet, and your new neighbours. Whilst they do allow assistance animals into their public spaces, owning an animal whilst living at the property is at the discretion of the building managers at each property location. How long is my lease and what type of lease do I sign?

They are not a one-lease-length-for-all community, so please speak to their team about how long you would like to stay. Of course, the longer you stay at the property, the lower your weekly rent will be. You will be required to enter into a residential tenancy agreement with them. Living at the Property

How does the gym work?

Once you check in, your digital key will give you access to all common areas of the building, including the onsite state-of-the-art gym, which is open 24/7. They also have professional personal trainers on site, so feel free to join a free exercise class or pay for a private PT session.

Where do I collect my post/mail?

The property's buildings have automated parcel management lockers. These lockers make receiving post/mail hassle-free. Couriers deliver post/mail directly to the lockers, and you will receive an automatic notification letting you know you can collect your parcel at your convenience.

What time is check in and out?

Check-in is 2:00pm, and check-out is at 11:00am. If you would like to request a late check-out, please contact their friendly staff via reception, email, or phone to make these arrangements.

Do you have extra space for storage?

Yes, they can arrange to store your bags or luggage. Please note that storage is limited and subject to availability. Unfortunately, long-term storage is not available in Perth. Their friendly team is always happy to help—just reach out to them at reception, by email, or over the phone to discuss what can be arranged.
