Replacement Tenant Accepted
For agreements in Western Australia, if an approved cancellation occurs, the deposit equivalent to 2 weeks' rent will be used to cover the cost of locating another tenant and any rent lost during that period. If there is no loss to the property, the deposit will be refunded.

Whilst they would love for you to be able to bring your pets with you, there are various legislations in place depending on the state and building you apply to live in, as well as moral obligations and high standards of living they hold for any pet living in a city location with minimal outdoor space. Should you require an assistance animal to alleviate and/or support a disability and can provide relevant documentation, please get in touch with their team, who can support in providing the best solution for you, your pet, and your new neighbours. Whilst they do allow assistance animals into their public spaces, owning an animal whilst living at the property is at the discretion of the building managers at each property location. They are not a one-lease-length-for-all community, so please speak to their team about how long you would like to stay. Of course, the longer you stay at the property, the lower your weekly rent will be. You will be required to enter into a residential tenancy agreement with them. Living at the Property

Once you check in, your digital key will give you access to all common areas of the building, including the onsite state-of-the-art gym, which is open 24/7. They also have professional personal trainers on site, so feel free to join a free exercise class or pay for a private PT session.

The property's buildings have automated parcel management lockers. These lockers make receiving post/mail hassle-free. Couriers deliver post/mail directly to the lockers, and you will receive an automatic notification letting you know you can collect your parcel at your convenience.

Check-in is 2:00pm, and check-out is at 11:00am. If you would like to request a late check-out, please contact their friendly staff via reception, email, or phone to make these arrangements.
