If you have not yet collected the keys to your accommodation, you may cancel your booking by emailing the resident's team within 7 days of receiving their email confirming that your booking is complete (the “7 Day Cooling-Off Period”). 2. No Place No Pay

No Place, No Pay – Applicable to First-Year Students Only 1. If you are a prospective first-year undergraduate student and your university or higher education institution withdraws your offer of a place due to your not achieving the required entry grades, you may be eligible to be released from your Tenancy Agreement.
