A resident can cancel their application any time before signing their lease. From application the applicant has 72 hours to complete all paperwork, sign the lease, and pay a security deposit. If these are not completed in that timeframe the application is cancelled. The application fee will not be refunded in either case.
Scenario: An applicant applies, and must have a guarantor. A guarantor application is sent, but after 72 hours it has not been completed. They will attempt to get a hold of the resident through all channels of communication during the 72 hours. At the end of the 72 hours, the application will be cancelled.
