Yes, every apartment comes fully furnished with a custom furniture package designed for modern student living. Residents enjoy a move-in ready experience featuring a sofa, accent chair, side table, coffee table, TV stand, and a 50-inch flat-screen TV in the living area. Each bedroom includes a double XL bed, four drawer dresser that cna be splitinto two pieces to fit under the bed, nightstand, desk and desk chair. Depending on floorplan, units will barstools or a dining table with four chairs.

What is the guest policy?

Residents are welcome to have guests. For overnight stays longer than three consecutive nights, we ask that you obtain written consent from management to ensure a comfortable and secure environment for all residents. Please refer to our lease agreement for additional information on our guest policy.

Do the apartments include in-unit washers and dryers?

Yes, all of our units are equipped with a full-size, in-unit washer and dryer for the ultimate convenience of our student residents.

Yes! The property has a roommate matching program. During the application process, you’ll fill out a roommate profile questionnaire which allows matching with roommates who have similar interests. Additionally, a roommate matching app is available allowing you to create a profile so you can swipe on potential roommates!

Is renter’s insurance required?

Each resident is responsible for having an active liability insurance policy. Typically, you can be covered under your parents’ insurance policies, or you can enroll through the resident portal and add a small fee to your monthly cost to be covered under the property’s policy.

I’m an international student – what documentation do I need to provide?

International students will need to provide a copy of their student visa in the application. In lieu of the guarantor requirements, you can opt to utilize a Guarantor Waiver Program which requires an additional monthly fee.
