Payment and Fees

Booking Deposit

No booking deposit is required to reserve a unit at Haven on Geddes.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of $500 is required at the time of signing the lease. The security deposit will be refunded subject to the condition of the unit at move-out and the terms outlined in the lease agreement.

Pay In Instalment

Rent is payable on a monthly basis as per the lease agreement. Only 1-year lease terms are offered; no short-term leasing is available.

Additional Fees

A non-refundable application fee of $35 is charged to cover background and credit screening. A utility flat fee of $40/month is charged in addition to rent, covering Water, Electricity, Sewer, and Wi-Fi. Pet-friendly units are subject to a one-time pet fee of $500 along with a monthly pet rent of $25, applicable for approved units only.
