Are the homes furnished?

Yes, all apartments at Aero have a furniture package that includes a full-size bed, desk and chair and under-bed dresser drawers. The living room comes with a sofa, chair, coffee table and entertainment stand. The kitchen comes equipped with bar stools, too. When do the contracts start and end?

The standard term is August 15, 2025 to July 25, 2026, with payments made in 12 equal installments. Limited alternate dates are available.

Any available financial aid funds, after university charges are satisfied, are released to the student for non-institutional expenses, such as off-campus housing. These funds can be used to pay charges at Aero. Normal payment deadlines will continue to apply.

Nearly all the residents at Aero are students at the University of Florida and the per-person contracts are also designed with students in mind.
