1.You must make the office aware that you have a pet, as he or she will need to be included on the lease. They consider your pet a resident as well.


2.Per city ordinance, all pets must be leashed or in a carrier when outside of an apartment home or a designated enclosed pet area.


3.You must pick up after your pet. The maintenance team and your neighbors greatly appreciate it!


4. They hope you understand that Sherman Residential cannot accept certain restricted dog breeds. These breeds include but may not be limited to: Afghan Hounds, Akitas, Basenjis, Bedlington Terriers, Bloodhounds, Burmese Keeshonds, Cane Corsos, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Great Danes, Greyhounds, Huskies, Malamutes, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls (American Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, American Bullies, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, American Bulldogs), Pointers, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Saint Bernards, Salukis, Weimaraners, and Wolf-hybrids.
