Yes, that is possible. Your parents, or even just one parent, should rent the apartment for you. They must then submit all the documents listed above.

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. If rent in advance has been agreed then your rent will be due in line with the payment schedule set out in your tenancy agreement.

Do you accept pets?

Yes, they love pets and are happy to welcome them as part of the family at property. There are no additional charges, other than to cover any damages made by your pet when you move out.

Is there parking?

They have limited car parking spaces available for an additional cost. To rent a parking space, please speak to your Property Manager. When using parking, please do not attempt to park in a space allocated to another resident.
