They normally need about 10 days to prepare the rental contract and follow all the relevant procedures to secure your apartment. Please note that if the apartment you have chosen to lease is currently occupied, you will need to wait until after the apartment has been vacated by the previous tenants before you are able to move in. Your move-in date will be discussed and confirmed with you when we draw up your rental contract.

Which document do I need to rent an apartment?

The documents you need to provide to us are:

I'm still a student, my parents want to rent the apartment for me. Is that possible?

Yes, that is possible. Your parents, or even just one parent, should rent the apartment for you. They must then submit all the documents listed above.

When is rent due?

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. If rent in advance has been agreed then your rent will be due in line with the payment schedule set out in your tenancy agreement.

Do you accept pets?

Yes, they love pets and are happy to welcome them as part of the family at property. There are no additional charges, other than to cover any damages made by your pet when you move out.

Is there parking?

They have limited car parking spaces available for an additional cost. To rent a parking space, please speak to your Property Manager. When using parking, please do not attempt to park in a space allocated to another resident. Any disregard for these rules puts the car owner at risk of a fine, or of the vehicle being towed at the renter's expense. Bicycle parking is available for all residents
