Payment Timeline Must be transferred at least 14 days before the start of the rental period. Must be paid before key handover. Garentii (Alternative Deposit Option) Available as an alternative to the traditional security deposit for eligible properties. Covers outstanding rental payments, operating costs, damages, and cosmetic repairs up to the security deposit amount. Any amount paid by Garentii on behalf of the tenant must be reimbursed by the tenant.
