In the circumstances where you do not have a guarantor, you can register with Housing Hand who will act as guarantor subject to meeting their terms and conditions. 3. Alternatively, you will need to pay your rent for the whole Licence Agreement/AST in advance.
For 26-27 AY:- An advance rent payment £100 is required to allocate a room. This amount is deducted from the first instalment or payment, which is due before the tenancy start date. Please note: Advance rent is non refundable.
