Common areas include furniture such as an entertainment stand, 65-inch Smart TV, coffee table, sofa, side chair, and barstools. Larger units may include a sectional sofa.

Do you provide in-unit washer and dryer?

Yes. Each unit includes a dedicated washer and dryer.

What are the townhome units and where are they located?

The townhome units are located on the first floor of the building and feature dual private entrances on the ground and second floors. These units also include private balconies. Select townhomes offer expanded social areas, including a pool table for gatherings.

How fast is the Wi-Fi?

Residents can enjoy up to 1-gigabit internet speeds. Each unit has its own Wi-Fi router, along with ethernet ports in both bedrooms and common areas.
