Renewal policy

International students will need to provide a copy of their student visa during the application process. In lieu of the guarantor requirement, you may opt to prepay the last two installments of your lease prior to move-in.

The apartments come fully furnished.
Each resident will have a full XL-size bed with a headboard and pillow-top mattress, a four-drawer under-bed dresser, a study desk with USB, and a desk chair.
Our standard floor plans come with common area furniture, including an entertainment stand, 65 inch Smart TV, coffee table, sofa, side chair*, and barstools. Larger units may include a sectional couch.

Do you provide in-unit washer and dryer?

Yes, we do. Each unit will have a dedicated washer and dryer.
