An advance payment equivalent to one month's rent is required before the tenancy commences.
A refundable security deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required before move-in. The deposit will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, subject to the terms of the tenancy agreement and any applicable deductions.
Rent is payable in monthly instalments. Note: Monthly rent payments must be made on or before the 1st day of each month.

A one-time, non-refundable application fee of USD 50 is payable during the booking process. Additional charges may apply depending on the property, including: One-time cleaning fee - $200 Parking charges - $250 (single) / $300 (tandem) (per month)
