Existing furniture may not be removed. You are welcome to bring your own small pieces of free-standing furniture. They kindly inform you that any damages to the existing furniture, walls and floor might lead to additional charges.

What happens to my letters and parcel?

Every tenant gets his/her own personal letterbox and can collect mail there. It is important that you always include your apartment number with your address. Standard-sized parcels are accepted by the host and can be collected from the lobby during opening hours. You will be informed by email.
