Do I have to be a student to stay?

Yes. You must be a registered full-time third level student at any of the registered accredited third level institutions, International and Erasmus students, language school students, and interns are very welcome to stay at their Properties. Will I have to share a room?

Single, Single En-suite, Deluxe Double, and Deluxe Double En-suite rooms are for single occupancy only.  You will only have to share a bedroom if you choose a Twin or a Twin En-suite room. Cooking, dining, and living spaces are shared in an apartment style layout.

Can I share an apartment with my friend?

They cannot always guarantee the placement of friends together within apartments.  But they do want to help make your move seamless in any way they can. So, to share an apartment please inform them when booking, and they will do their best to try and facilitate you where possible. Usually, in the case of Twin and Twin En-suite rooms, friends can typically choose to share a room together.  Something to consider if you’re moving with a pal.

What do I need to pay before I arrive?

To secure your booking you will need to pay a deposit of €300. The first installment will need to be paid on a specific date prior to your arrival.

Are all of my bills included?

For your convenience, all electricity, waste removal, security, and Wi-Fi costs will be covered for the duration of your stay by a single Utility Fee.  No need for tricky calculations with roommates!

Is there 24-hour security?

Of course. Your safety is their key priority. Security services are available 24 hours a day. The buildings are also secured by strict hi-tech access control and CCTV systems.

What documents do I need to check in?

You will need to bring your acceptance letter as proof of studies. Prior to check in, you will also need to send us a digital photo, a photocopy/scan of your passport and visa if applicable. These can all be sent electronically. You will also be required to submit a signed lease contract prior to check in.
