    A refund of the deposit/first month's rent is allowed if the resident fails to secure a place at an educational institution. Official proof must be provided within 3 calendar days of receiving the rejection and before the contract start date. Note - Booking deposit are non-refundable.

    The student may leave earlier than expected after the contract has started by providing a written 2-month notice. If the student initially chose a Long Stay rate (min. 9 months) and ends up staying less than 9 months, a penalty will apply. The penalty equals the difference between the Long Stay rate and the Mid Stay rate. Note - Booking deposit are non-refundable.

    Is there a schedule to do check-in / check-out?

    Ideally, residents should check in and out during the administration’s schedule rather than with the concierges. However, it is understood that flight/train schedules might affect this.

    Check-in:

    • 15 days before arrival, an email with a link will be sent so the arrival date and time can be indicated. This ensures everything is ready.
    • If arrival is between 7 PM and 8 AM, Monday to Friday, or on weekends, the concierge will attend. Residents must visit the reception between 8 AM and 7 PM, Monday to Friday, to speak with the management team and ensure all necessary documents are provided.

    Check-out:

    • The room, unless specifically requested by the residence management, must be vacated before 6 PM to allow room inspection before departure.

    Will my room be checked upon arrival and departure?

    Upon arrival:
    Yes, an inventory document listing everything in the room will be provided. If this inventory is not returned within 24 hours after arrival, no claims can be made.


    Upon departure:
    Yes, a team member will accompany to inspect the room. Any items in poor condition, trash, or anything listed in the contract will be charged at reception or deducted from the deposit.
