The monthly payment includes accommodation and expenses for electricity, water, Wi-Fi. If you want to add the half board or full board service you can do so upon arrival. When is the cleaning service done?
Cleaning is done every 15 days. The assigned day cannot be changed. The cleaning team will come to your room between 9:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. At that time, you will need to vacate the room for approximately 30 minutes so they can work.
It is important that your room is tidy and there is nothing on top of the bed. Housekeeping staff are not allowed to touch or move your belongings.
If for any reason you cannot vacate the room or decide not to have cleaning done that day, you will have to wait until the following week.
