Double Superior rooms of 16–17 m² are on floors 2–4, with bunk beds, private kitchenette and shared kitchen access, offering greater height and natural light than the Double Standard. The room is equipped with a private bathroom and a kitchenette (sink, microwave-grill combination and fridge-freezer), plus access to a shared fully equipped kitchen. For maximum comfort and connectivity, the room has individual air conditioning (heating/cooling), 100 Mb internet and Wi-Fi. These rooms are available on a half-board or full-board basis.

Payment and Fees
Booking Deposit
• The Accommodation Initial Payment is a non-refundable upfront payment required to secure the booking, except in the specified cancellation cases.• The amount varies depending on the duration of the stay and the selected property.• The payment must be made within 48 hours of signing the contract to validate the booking.
Security Deposit
• A refundable security deposit must be paid before the contract start date.• The deposit and the first month's Housing Fee must be paid at least 45 days before the start date.• If the start date is within 45 days of signing the contract, the full payment for the stay or the first month's Housing Fee, together with the deposit, may be required at the time of signing.• The deposit is returned at the end of the stay, subject to deductions for damage, unpaid amounts, or other outstanding contractual obligations.
Pay In Instalment
• The Housing Fee may be paid in monthly instalments, as specified in the contract.• The applicable payment schedule depends on the terms of the contract.
Mode Of Payment
• Residents with a billing address in a SEPA country must set up payment through SEPA Direct Debit.• Residents with a billing address outside the SEPA region must set up recurring payments using a valid debit or credit card.• A separate payment card may be saved for one-off charges incurred during the stay. This is separate from the payment method used for recurring payments.• Payment details must remain valid and up to date throughout the contract period.
Additional Fees
• Additional charges may apply for optional services, including catering, housekeeping, parking, and additional accommodation-related services.• Charges may apply for additional overnight guest stays, paid events and activities, and the use of bookable facilities or common areas.• Charges may apply for replacement or additional items requested by the resident, including replacement of lost or damaged key cards or access fobs.• Late cancellation or no-show fees may apply to chargeable events or activities.• Other one-off charges may apply for products or services purchased during the stay.
