<p>The agreement may be cancelled if the student finds a suitable replacement tenant who accepts the same contract terms and duration until the end date, has not held a student housing agreement in the previous academic year, and is not under contract or negotiation for the current academic year. Additional eligibility requirements may apply depending on accommodation type.</p>
Other cancellation policies
<p>If the student does not qualify for cancellation under any other policy, the agreement may still be cancelled subject to a penalty of <strong>50% of the applicable housing fee</strong>. The penalty will not be less than <strong>one month</strong> and not more than <strong>three months</strong> of the contracted housing fee. The month of departure must be paid in full where applicable.</p>
