How much do I have to pay to book my place?

To reserve a place the booking fee is €250. Then, on August 1st, you must pay a deposit, which is the same amount as one month’s rent without any discount. The booking fee will be reimbursed if you are not admitted to the university, you go to study in a city where property management doesn’t have any residences, and you notify them of your change in circumstances before July 31st.

Can I choose my roommates?

You can live with your friends by selecting the same apartment or double room number when you book with them. Keep in mind that being able to choose your roommates is subject to availability, so it's best to book as soon as possible.

Can friends or family members come to stay with me?

Visitors are allowed during the day. But if your guests want to stay overnight, you must have prior permission from the management.

Can I use the facilities in the rest of the property management's residences?
