Wembley Residence is new purpose-built student accommodation in London. It offers luxurious studios as well as a variety of en-suites. It is close to a number of universities, including the College of North West London which is just a short 10-minute drive away, and the University of Westminster, Harrow Campus which is a 12-minute drive from the property.

Each of their rooms have nice mattresses, a fully fitted kitchen, and a bathroom. Aside from that, the home provides a great stay 24/7 security. Rooms are furnished with a desk and chair, a bedside table, a wash basin, and other items. In addition, there is 100MB Wi-Fi which is perfect for when you want to binge watch your favourite series, and quiet study rooms for group study sessions. There is also a cutting-edge cinema theatre where you can have those Saturday movie marathon, and a free 24-hour gym to sweat out your university stress. What happens if i leave my belongings behind after checking out?

You will be charged £50 for the removal and disposal of belongings upon your confirmation that they are trash. We do not offer storage facilities, so there will be a fine of your weekly licence fee for each week we are holding your belongings. Please do not leave any belongings in the common areas of the residence, as they will be done so at your own risk and may be removed.

It is safe to stay with the Management?

We hope that you feel safe and secure throughout your stay with us, we have reception hours during the day and 24/7 security and surveillance. Our doors are also using with a secure fob or card system depending on the residence and our team is ready to respond to any issue you may have.

What happens after I accept the quote?

If there are 6 weeks before your start date, you will be required to pay the deposit and first instalment to secure the room within 48 hours of the booking.

What if I fail to make the first instalment payment within seven days? will my room still be guarantied?

As our rooms are booked up so quickly, failure to make the first instalment in the given period will lead to the cancellation of the booking, and the deposit will be non-refundable.

Can i have guests over?

Yes, you are allowed guests just ensure you accompany them at all times and you check them in and out of the premises. Any guests staying over must be over 18 years old. Management reserves the right to restrict access to guests or refuse a guest entry.

Can I extend my stay?

We would be happy for you to stay with us. Please get in touch with your Sales Agent with your query, so we can assist, subject to availability.

What is the process for changing the room/residence while already staying? It is possible to change accommodation?

Yes, you can change the residence/room type after your check-in depending on availability, extra charges may apply.

Can i see the room before I make my final decision?

Yes, we can arrange an online viewing. Please inform your sales agent about your request.

Can i book a room with a conditional offer from my university?

Yes, you can inform your sales agent that you have not received your acceptance letter yet. Once you receive it you can send it to us before the check-in date.

After the first instalment has been paid, what happens next?

Once the deposit, first instalment and bedding and service fee has been paid within seven days of the quote being sent, you will receive a confirmation of enrolment letter. Congratulations! Your room is now secure and we will get it ready for your check-in date.

When do I vacate my room?

The check out time is 10 am on the last day of your stay.

I'm running a bit later, what happens if I checkout late?

Please inform our Team as soon as possible, we charge £50 per hour for late check out.

Will my deposit be refunded after checkout?

After you check out, we inspect the condition of the room for any possible damage. Upon inspection, if the room is in a good state, the deposit is refunded, and it could take between 4-6 weeks upon the completion of the deposit refund form.

Will my deposit be refunded if there is damage to my room before check out?

There will be a deduction. The deposit will be non-refundable or partially refundable, depending on the extent of the damage.

Can i book a room for dual occupancy?

Yes, we are providing dual occupancy options. Please contact your sales agent to get more information.

When will I be given my room number?

When you check-in, the receptionist will inform you about your room number. You can ask your sales agent to get more information.

When there is something needs to be fixed, whom do I need a contact?

Before check-in, you will receive an email with the contact details of our operation team. You can contact them in case of a maintenance issue.

Who will assist me for the check-in?

Receptionists of the residence will be assisting you for the check-in.

Do i need to inform anyone before check-out?

No, you do not need to. You should leave your key at the reception.
