As with all their apartments, they furnish their spaces with beautiful pieces and unique designs. But you'll find that this two-bedroom apartment comes with something special: a shared rooftop and pool. Along with quality linens and towels, a complete kitchen set, HDTV, and a Crosley Bluetooth speaker, you get the best of Barcelona life all in on place.     Students who wish to extend their stay can contact the Amber team for renewal or rebooking at the same accommodation. Our team will support the renewal process and help students secure a suitable room of their choice. Students are encouraged to reach out early to ensure they can rebook the same room or another room of their choice at the same property.

    Early check-in requests can be shared in advance with the Amber team. Our team will do a feasibility check to facilitate early check-in requests based on room readiness and availability. Additional charges may apply where applicable.

    1. You need to pay €2500 as a deposit to secure your room with the property. 2. This will be refunded, within 30 days, to you at the end of your tenancy period less any deductions and pending charges.

    Additional Fees

    The fees which you have to pay with your rent on a monthly basis:- 1. Utility Fees (High speed Wi-Fi and electricity): €360 (Might increase depending on tenancy duration) The fees which you have to pay one time only:- 1. Final cleaning: €150 2. The Admin fees vary from property to property. These will be visible while the time of the booking. This is a one time fee and will vary according to the tenancy length of booking. You will be charged for an administration fee at the time of booking & this will vary according to the tenancy duration. This fee includes, booking management fee, flat maintenance fee, & customer support fee. 3. Pet fee: For a single pet, the fee is €250, with an additional €125 per pet for any additional pets thereafter.

    1. Property requires you to pay one month’s rent at the time of booking. 2. This will be offset against your first rental installment.

    All of their apartments can be toured virtually on their website. Enter into the individual listing and scroll through the photos or select "3D Tour" to see an accurate and interactive layout of the home. It is possible to visit an apartment but only if there is no guest in-house.
