I have to say that I FELL IN LOVE WITH Octave after several days of check-in. The kitchen is fabulous, with advanced cooking equipment and a dishwasher as well. Also, you got a large table that can serve over 4 and a big refrigerator with an ice maker in it! Fortunately, I had 2 windows on each side, so the landscape outside was fascinating, and also I'm able to enjoy sunlight most of the time. There is no need for us to purchase a bed, mattress, chair, dresser or desk; you've already got what you need.

Best experience so far regarding college housing. The staff are nice and helpful. Moreover, the furniture is the latest, including a smart wifi-controllable air conditioner. Lots of details are well considered, such as the damper mechanism installed that can perfectly and gently close my door. They also have responsible staff. 5 stars so far.
