Do my roommate and I pay the same rate?

Not necessarily. At Oktiv, they do individual liability leasing which means that your lease agreement only applies to your individual bed space.

Do you accept pets?

Yes - their pet-friendly community welcomes cats, dogs, and fish. They limit pets to one furry friend per lease. They do not accept birds, reptiles, amphibians, rodents, arachnids, insects or any other small mammals that are not cats or dogs.

Do you have any breed restrictions?

Their community does not accept the following breeds: Akita, Chow, Doberman, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire Terriers, English Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Wolf hybrids or any mix of the mentioned breeds are not allowed.

What are the fees for having a pet?

They require a $250 non-refundable registration fee for each pet and a pet rent fee of $30 per month.

What if I don't like my roommate after move-in?

If there are differences between roommates they offer roommate remediation. If the conflict cannot be resolved, residents may be able to transfer as rooms are available. A transfer fee will apply.
