-Cancellations made before 8:00 PM EST on the day before move-in qualify for a refund of prepaid dues and the move-in fee, minus a $100 cancellation fee ($25 goes to the Host).-For cancellations after 8:00 PM EST, the first week's dues and move-in fee are non-refundable, while additional prepaid dues beyond the first seven days will be refunded. If enrolled in a move-in fee payment plan, the full move-in fee will be charged.

A refund may be granted if significant issues with the room or property cannot be resolved within a reasonable time. Eligible issues include inability to access the room or property after following troubleshooting steps, an unclean room (excluding normal wear and tear), an already occupied room, a missing or broken bed, or discrepancies between the advertised property details and actual conditions

If your course has been cancelled by your university, please reach out to the Amber team with the relevant supporting documentation. We will liaise with the property team to review your request on a case-by-case basis for cancellation. The resolution will be subject to the property's assessment and the terms of your booking.
