Cancellation Policies

Cooling Off Period

-Cancellations made before 8:00 PM EST on the day before move-in qualify for a refund of prepaid dues and the move-in fee, minus a $100 cancellation fee. -For cancellations after 8:00 PM EST, the first week's dues and move-in fee are non-refundable, while additional prepaid dues beyond the first seven days will be refunded. If enrolled in a move-in fee payment plan, the full move-in fee will be charged.

Early termination by students

A refund may be granted if significant issues with the room or property cannot be resolved within a reasonable time. Eligible issues include inability to access the room or property after following troubleshooting steps, an unclean room (excluding normal wear and tear), an already occupied room, a missing or broken bed, or discrepancies between the advertised property details and actual conditions
