Security Deposit

<p>1. You need to pay a certain amount as a deposit <strong>depending on the room type you select </strong>to secure your room with the property.</p> <p>2. This <strong>will be refunded </strong>to you at the end of your tenancy period less any deductions and pending charges.</p>

Pay In Instalment

<p><strong>Rent can be paid on the following basis: -</strong></p> <p><strong>1. One installment</strong>: If you choose to pay a single instalment for the entire amount, that single instalment is <strong>due September 1st</strong></p> <p><strong>2. Two instalments</strong>: If you decide to pay in two-semester instalments, those instalments are <strong>due September 1st and March 1st.</strong></p> <p><strong>3. Twelve instalments</strong>: &nbsp;If you decide to pay in twelve installments, the first installment is <strong>due on September 1st </strong>and the remaining <strong>eleven instalments </strong>are due on the <strong>1st </strong>of the next eleven months</p>

Mode Of Payment

<p>Credit/Debit card &amp; Bank transfer.</p>

Guarantor Requirement

<p>1. A guarantor is required to book a room with the property.</p> <p>2. If you do not have a guarantor you will have to pay a guarantor waiver fee and an additional deposit of 1-2 month's rent.</p>

Additional Fees

<p>US$150 admin, US$175 community, US$60 app.</p>

Cooling Off Period

<p>72-hour cancellation, then relet.</p>
