Payment and Fees
Additional Fees
A final cleaning fee of €120 is payable before move-in along with the security deposit and administration fee.
Security Deposit
The refundable security deposit is €1,000 for stays of six months or less. For stays of more than six months, the security deposit is equivalent to three months' rent. Property management accepts Garentii's rental deposit guarantee service as an alternative to a traditional cash security deposit. Eligible tenants may choose the Garentii deposit guarantee instead of paying the security deposit upfront. The deposit and a €100 admin fee are due approximately 12 days before the stay start date.
Pay In Instalment
Rent is payable in 12 equal monthly installments, paid at the beginning of each month. Residents may alternatively pay the full tenancy rent in a single upfront payment at the start of the tenancy.
Mode Of Payment
Rent must be paid by direct bank transfer to the bank account specified in the tenancy agreement. Alternative payment methods may be available as listed in the tenancy agreement.
Booking Deposit
A €50 booking fee is payable at the time of booking, to confirm the booking.
Guarantor Requirement
A guarantor is required when paying rent by instalments (monthly or termly). A guarantor must be 18 years or older and accept joint financial responsibility for the tenancy. The guarantor is liable for unpaid rent if the resident fails to make payments. Residents paying the full rent upfront may not require a guarantor. For Germany, a bank guarantee issued by a German bank may be required. The guarantee must meet Yugo's specified requirements. Students should contact the Sales Team for further details.
