After you have received the rental agreement, you should fill it out in duplicate, sign it and send it back to us within 5 days. The agreement will be checked, countersigned and sent back to you within a few working days after that you can move in on the agreed date. Please remember that we cannot process incomplete documents and that you should hurry - we can usually only reserve the apartment for you for a short time.

The rent and operating costs are debited from your account every month via direct debit.
Your rental price includes practically everything: water, hot water, heating, electricity, internet, caretaker, waste disposal, etc. Unfortunately, the obligatory broadcasting fee is not included, as this is a personal fee and we are not allowed to pay it for you.
The broadcasting fee must be paid by every household. However, there are some exceptions.
We generally cover the costs of arranging the apartment. We only charge you a one-off fee of 150 euros for the costs of handing over and accepting the apartment.
