We have six categories: BASIC, COMFORT, PREMIUM, PREMIUM PLUS, PREMIUM PLUS XL and shared rooms.

How do they differ from each other?

The individual categories differ primarily in their size, furnishings and location within the building.

What happens after I have sent my application?

We will check that the documents you have submitted are complete and then contact you to arrange a viewing. Alternatively, we will send you the rental agreement directly.

What do I do with the rental agreement that was sent to me?

After you have received the rental agreement, you should fill it out in duplicate, sign it and send it back to us within 5 days. The agreement will be checked, countersigned and sent back to you within a few working days after that you can move in on the agreed date. Please remember that we cannot process incomplete documents and that you should hurry - we can usually only reserve the apartment for you for a short time.

When can I move into my apartment?

We will let you know your move-in date well in advance.

How do I pay my rent?

The rent and operating costs are debited from your account every month via direct debit.

What is included in the flat rate?

Your rental price includes practically everything: water, hot water, heating, electricity, internet, caretaker, waste disposal, etc. Unfortunately, the obligatory broadcasting fee is not included, as this is a personal fee and we are not allowed to pay it for you.

Broadcasting fee, what?

The broadcasting fee must be paid by every household. However, there are some exceptions.

Do I have to pay a commission or other fees after the contract has been signed?

We generally cover the costs of arranging the apartment. We only charge you a one-off fee of 150 euros for the costs of handing over and accepting the apartment.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes. As security, you must transfer two monthly rents before moving in, which we will keep safe for you until you move out. You can find further details in the rental agreement.

What do I need to bring with me when I move in?

Yourself, a valid ID and some time so we can show you everything.

Can I also buy furnishings like bedding and crockery from you?

Unfortunately not at the moment. However, we are currently working on a list of useful things that we can get for you when you move in, if you wish.

What is my apartment number?

You can find the number in the rental agreement and on your apartment door.

I have questions about my rental agreement, who should I contact?

Call us or send us an email.

How can I terminate my rental agreement?

Even the best times come to an end. Please send us your termination in writing. A scan by email is sufficient.

Can I change my apartment?

In some cases it is possible - let's talk about it.

What do I need to consider when moving out?

Arrange a handover date with us early on. When you move out, the apartment should look the same as when you received it.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. If you need a guide dog, let's talk about it.

Can I use a cellar?

Yes! We have several cellar compartments that you are welcome to rent! They are all about 4 - 4.5m2 in size. Let us know as soon as you would like to rent a cellar room.

Can I store my bike somewhere?

Yes, there are enough parking spaces on site. Although the parking spaces are well protected, you should definitely lock your bike properly.

Are there common areas?

Yes, there is a lounge area in the laundromat, outdoor seating and a ping pong table. We are also working on creating even more space for your ideas.

Where can I do my laundry?

In the front building we have set up a laundry room with washing machines and dryers for you. To use the machines you need our App. With it, you can easily pay for the machines via your mobile phone.

How can I connect to the Internet?

You can log in via the building's hotspots. use of this internet is included in the price for all tenants in our building.

Can I drill holes in the wall?

If you want to hang something up, please use PowerStrips so that the walls are not damaged. If you need further tips, you can always contact the caretaker.

Can friends stay overnight at my place?

Visiting yes, staying no.

What do I do If I lose my key?

If this happens, please let us know Immediately. 

Where are the mailboxes?

You will find them in the entrance area.

Can I paint my room walls?

No, we love our concrete.

Where can you grill?

Unfortunately, there are no opportunities to grill on our premises. However, there are numerous parks in Berlin where you can grill.

Is there a curfew?
