Property is located on 13th Street, right across from the University of Florida and a 5-minute walk to Ben Hill Griffin Stadium. Sorority Row and your favorite shopping, dining, and nightlife are all just steps away. Likewise, the other Row buildings and houses are just a few blocks from Campus and Sorority Row.

What is on the ground level of the building?

Property will have retail conveniently located on the ground level! We are excited to welcome Opus Coffee and Playa Bowls to Property building! We can’t share all the details on additional retail spaces yet, but the plan is to bring in more businesses that will be an amenity to our UF student residents!

Is Property pet-friendly?

Yes! How do I pay rent?

Property’s online portal makes it easy to pay your rent with a checking account, savings account, or credit or debit card and allows you to set up recurring monthly payments that you have complete control over. We also accept money orders and paperless E-money orders for virtual payments.

What is included in the rent cost?

Rent at Property, The Row on 5th, and The Row on 7th includes internet, trash/recycling, pest control, and 24/7 emergency maintenance. Rent at The Row Houses varies. For info on specific houses, please contact the leasing office.

How do I access my apartment?

Property is proud to offer Latch Smart Entry technology that can be unlocked by either a passcode or a smartphone. It allows residents to issue temporary codes to their guests and possesses other excellent functionality!

Do I sign my own lease or with roommates?

All leases are individual at The Row, The Row on 5th, and The Row on 7th. This means you can bring roommates or let us match you! The Row Houses are leased jointly, meaning residents living in the same home all share the same lease.

Where will I park my car?

Reserved parking spaces are available for an additional monthly fee. Rates vary, so please contact the leasing office for parking details.

Do I need to bring furniture?

All of Property’s luxurious student apartments have a modern furniture package included in the rental rate! At the other communities, it’s your call! Furniture can be added to your apartment at The Row on 5th, The Row on 7th, or The Row Houses for an additional $60 per monthly bedroom.

What is the guest policy?

Guests are welcome at Property but for at most 6 days a month and at most 3 consecutive days. A guest can use Property amenities when accompanied by a resident.

What does my security deposit cover?

Property’s security deposit is $200 per bedroom and will be allocated towards the cleaning fee at move-out and any damages or incidentals balances due. Otherwise, the remaining amount is refunded to the resident.
