Each resident signs their own lease for their specific bedroom. If a roommate moves out, the other residents are not responsible for that person’s rent. Common areas are shared spaces.

To simplify the billing process, the total rent for the term is divided into equal installments, due on the first of each month during the residence. Installment amounts are always equal and never prorated. If a resident moves in after the first of the month or moves out before the last day of the month, they will still pay the full equal installment for that month.

While furniture and appliances are included, residents will need to provide their personal belongings. Common Area: Electronics and corresponding cords/adapters, décor, trash can, trash bags, pots and pans, plates, cups, eating/serving utensils, coffee maker, cleaning and disinfecting supplies, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and other personal items. Bedroom: Linens, pillows, mattress pad, towels, toiletries, shower hooks and curtain, trash can, décor, electronics and corresponding cords/adapters, and other items that make the resident feel at home.

The onsite maintenance team can assist with maintenance requests. Residents should provide specific details about the issue when submitting a request. Service requests can be submitted through the online resident portal, by email to the property, or by visiting or calling the leasing office during normal business hours. For emergency maintenance needs, such as door or window lock issues, major leaks, plumbing problems, no heat or air conditioning during extreme weather, a refrigerator that is not cooling, or no electricity, gas, or water, residents can contact the property at any time. An after-hours representative can assist outside normal business hours.

Rent is due on the first of each month. It may be paid online through the resident portal by ACH, debit card, or credit card, or by check or money order at the leasing office. Cash payments are not accepted. Convenience fees may apply to online payments, and late fees may vary by property. Residents should refer to their Housing Contract for more information.
