    If your visa is refused, please contact the property within 48 hours of receiving your visa refusal.     For Long Stays The Rent can be paid in 1, 2 or 4 installments. If Students pay in 1 installment there is a 2% discount, However, if payment is in 4 Installments there is a 2% admin fee. If the Students is receiving student loan, Management can amend the dates for the installments and drop the 2% admin fee. For Shorts Stays If the booking is under 16 weeks the total rent needs to be paid in 8 weeks prior arrival (or as soon as possible prior arrival). If longer than 17 weeks, paying in 2 instalments might be an option.

    The property does not require you to have a guarantor at the time of booking.
