For Shorts Stays If the booking is under 16 weeks the total rent needs to be paid in 8 weeks prior arrival (or as soon as possible prior arrival). If longer than 17 weeks, paying in 2 instalments might be an option.
The property does not require you to have a guarantor at the time of booking.
