You don’t have to book a room until you’re accepted into the university. We can assist you in making a booking, and we have lots of information on our website about our locations in London and what’s nearby.

What are the requirements for booking?

The minimum age for residents is 16 years old. Any resident less than 18 years old must complete and submit a Parental Consent Form before arrival.

All residents must be accepted on a full-time higher education study programme at a London institution for the duration of their booking. Evidence of this must be provided upon arrival.

There is no parking space available to residents in the property, however an independent private parking space is available within 50m. Availability is in first-come first-serve basis.

What are steps for making payments?

Once you have selected your room and the length of your stay, you will receive an email with your reservation details. This email will include instructions on how to pay the advance accommodation fee (mentioned earlier) and you will need to sign the booking Terms & Conditions. This will include payment instructions for you to follow. You must complete it within 48 hours.

What time can I check-in on the booking start date?

You can move in anytime from 15:00 on the booking start date.

Reception desks are open 24/7. If you’re arriving between 23:00 – 07:00, please let reception team know in advance.

Before arriving, we ask that you have completed all due payments and signed the booking Terms & Conditions. Failure to do so will result in a delay to your moving in process.
Please have your photo ID and proof of student status available when checking in.

What are the steps for confirming your booking?
