You also have access to all of their amenities: 14 study rooms, gym, movie lounge, rec room, music room, art room, and basketball court.

Once you are committed to the accommodation, they require all residents to name a guarantor on their Leasing application form (must be over 18 years of age). This guarantor will be required to sign a form and provide two pieces of identification. This person must be aware that should this resident fail to pay their monthly rent, they are entitled to ask their guarantor for the outstanding balance owed to the accommodation.

Their goal is for everyone to be successful with their studies. They have multiple different study rooms to choose from. Want to be in silence? Prefer study groups? Presentation prep? They have you covered with their 14 other rooms for your convenience.

On their penthouse floor, you will find tons of fun ways to exercise and stay busy. Shoot some hoops on their basketball court, relax and do yoga in their yoga space, or run a few kilometers on the treadmills in their gym. Want something more laid back? Try out their ping-pong table or their pool table for the evening.

All mail delivered to the accommodation is handled with care and security. All packages will be delivered to the Security desk and will only leave their secured room with YOUR signature. Rest assured that your box is safe and secure.

If you have misplaced your keys, they will gladly supply you with new ones (for a small fee); simply see one of the friendly team members at the Reception desk.

It is mandatory for each leaseholder to secure tenant insurance to be compensated accordingly should a fire, theft, or natural disaster occur. You must understand that they do not have insurance for your personal belongings.

They try to cater to all types of interests and hobbies of their residents. Be sure to fill out their welcome survey to ensure they have an event of your interest.

The accommodation is an all-inclusive home away from home. However, they ask all residents to bring their clothing, hygiene items, shower curtains, bedsheets, cookware, and dinnerware.

A security guard and camera will be on watch 24/7 to ensure tight control on in and out traffic throughout the accommodation. Their Reception or Security desk is always a call away to provide help if needed.

Should your child require accommodation, they ask that you contact the Leasing agents team immediately after submitting your Leasing application to ensure that they can assign and prepare appropriate room assignments and configurations to ensure a comfortable stay.

Being right downtown in the core, they have many transportation options for you. Why not rent one of their bikes? Or take a short walk to Rideau Centre, where you can take a bus anywhere in the city—looking for something quick? The Reception or Security desk can call you a taxi or show you how to call Uber. So many choices!
