You will be charged an administration fee at the time of booking, which will vary according to the tenancy duration. This fee includes a booking management fee, a flat maintenance fee, and a customer support fee. 3. Pet fee: For a single pet, the fee is €250, with an additional €125 per pet for any additional pets thereafter.
