Once paid, the bond amount will be lodged with the relevant state’s Rental Tenancy Bond Authority. The bond will be held until after you depart from the property. The bond will be returned to you, less any amounts owed to management (including but not limited to rent arrears, departure cleaning or damages done to the leased apartment).
