Payment and Fees
You will need to pay an application fee (non-refundable) of USD350.
Rent is due in full at the time of move-in, or if you wish to do monthly payments, rent is due at the 1st of each month. Late fees are applied on the 4th of the month.
They accept checks, money orders, and cashier checks in our office made payable to University Edge. They also accept credit, debit cards, and ACH payments online for your convenience as an alternative payment option. They are unable to accept cash.
Initial Move In Fees Move in costs also vary based on floor plan and the approved security deposit amount. Administrative Fee $190.00 Application Fee $50.00 Security Deposit Starts at $299 & vary depending on credit Essential Monthly Credit Reporting $9.99 (optional fee) Utilities $35 Set up Fee, $85/$110 monthly reoccurring.
