The 1B apartment rents higher compared to the studio due to space allocation. Each unit includes a private bedroom space with amenities like Bed Linens, Hangers, TV, and Extra Pillows. The bathroom comes with a bathtub, hot water, and a hair dryer, whereas the kitchen comes equipped with a coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and silverware, a kettle, a microwave, an oven, an iron, a refrigerator, a stove, and a toaster.
