This is the first step in your booking process. Your studio is only guaranteed once reference checks have been successfully carried out and either the first month’s membership fee or the full balance for your entire stay has been received by the property within the timeframe specified at the time of booking. 3. For monthly payments: Option 1 - You’ll need to provide 25x the amount of the stay pm in annual income (For example: if the stay is £1,000pm you should be earning at least £25,000 annually) Option 2 - Providing with a UK-based Guarantor who earns a minimum of 35x the price of the stay pm in annual income. Option 3 - Providing 30x monthly stay value in savings.
1. The income requirement for monthly payments is x25 the monthly price. For example, if a studio is priced at £1,500 PCM then tenants will need to earn a minimum of £45,000 per annum. 2.
