How long can I stay for?

At the pmg you can stay for as little as two nights, a few weeks or move in for up to 12 months at a time. It's always best to book your whole stay in advance if you can, as the longer you stay with us, the cheaper it will be. You can either book via our dynamic nightly pricing system for stays of 1-89 nights or take advantage of our monthly bookings between 3-12 months, with discounted rates the longer you stay for. You can renew as often as you wish, and the property will always seek to accommodate however long suits you.

This Pmg is an all-inclusive serviced apartment building, so our rates are always inclusive of linen changes, high speed broadband, utilities, and property taxes. While each of our buildings are unique, all are designed to help connect and bring people together. All our buildings are designed with both quiet and social co-working spaces inclusive within our rates to cater for our members that prefer remote working. This property co-working spaces include desks with USB plug in ports, quiet booths for videocalls, high speed Wi-Fi and high-quality coffee that does not break the bank.

Does my studio come fully furnished?

All our studios are fully furnished, this includes a double bed with mattress, seating area and table, wardrobe, storage units, a kitchenette with combi microwave/oven, hob and fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a fully fitted ensuite bathroom.

How does payment work and do I have to pay a deposit?

If booking between 1-89 nights, you must pay for your stay in full and in advance. If booking between 3 - 12 months, you can secure your stay by paying a non-refundable down-payment of GBP 200 and then either pay in full the balance of the price for your whole stay in advance or if the property have said in your offer that you can pay monthly, pay the balance of your first month’s charges and provide a significant guarantee in our standard form (subject to terms and conditions). Monthly payments for the rest of your stay must also be paid in advance by standing order. The payment date for each month is as shown on your booking confirmation. 

What about deposits?Don’t worry - no deposit is required to stay at this property. Any costs of damages beyond wear and tear are instead paid when it’s time to move out.

Does the building have onsite parking?

Of course, If you’re staying for less than a month, then either singles or couples can book via our dynamic daily booking system at no extra cost. Friends and family are always welcome on the property. The property may require guests to sign in and out at reception. If you have guests who would like to stay the night and the property have rooms available, they can benefit from our friends & family discounted pricing.

Are children allowed to stay at this Pmg?

Sadly, as much as the property love children, the property is an adult-only building.

What is VAT and how does it apply to my booking?

VAT (Value Added Tax) is a standard consumption tax that is applied to the cost of goods and services. VAT is included in the cost of your booking and prices quoted on our website. The standard VAT rate on our apartment rates is 20% for the first 28 days. Therefore, the longer you stay in our building the less VAT is payable, which means the property can pass on some cost savings to you.

Does the property offer corporate rates to companies and individuals?

Yes, the property has several corporate options which can be adapted to your needs and requirements. For more information, please get in touch through our 'register interest' form, or give us a call.

Can I receive post and deliveries?

Yes. The property buildings are registered postal addresses, so members can receive letters and deliveries regardless of their length of stay. Larger parcels will be stored within our on-site, fully automated parcel locker system that is accessible via the membership app.

Can I use a PMG's postal address to vote?

Unfortunately, no. PMG buildings are not a permanent form of residence and consequently, members do not have the right to use an PMG postal address to join an electoral register and vote. Should you require any assistance in voting, the PMG on-site team can explain how to vote in an election via a proxy voting form.
