What is the duration of the contract?

We offer different types of contract depending on your stay:Academic year:from September to June (10 months). Semiannual(4 to 9 months), Monthly(does not have to coincide with the calendar month)

What is included in the first payment?

The amount that you will have to pay for your reservation to be confirmed and guaranteed will be €925 (€125 corresponds to the registration fee and €800 to the deposit payment).

How long does it take to get to the center of Granada?

The city center area is around 20 minutes walking. There is also the possibility of going by bus, the stop is located next to the residence and four bus lines pass by. The Albaicín neighborhood is a 10-minute walk away, and there is also the possibility of going by public transport.

Do I have free Internet access?

Yes, you have your own Wi-Fi network in your room where you can connect up to 5 devices.

Can I receive packages?

Of course, all packages are received at reception, where we have a room expressly to store them. Once received, we notify residents so they can pick them up. 

Is it easy to meet people at the residence?

Absolutely, there are many common areas where you can meet other residents. In addition, we have an extensive activities program with which we organize various activities throughout the course for that purpose.

Are pets allowed?

They are not allowed.

Is the food offered homemade?

Yes, it is made daily in our own kitchens. In addition, the menus are varied and prepared weekly.

Is half board or full board included in the monthly payment?

No, half board or full board is a complementary service. Although, we have two types of rooms such as the single room and the single room with shared kitchen in which it is mandatory to hire half board.

Do you provide towels and bed linen?

Yes, changing and washing bed linen and towels once a week is also included.

Can I receive visitors?

Clear! Your visitors will be able to use all the common areas with you. Regular visits are allowed from 08:00 to 00:00.

What is included in the rental?

The room is equipped with furniture for living and studying. The rent includes all expenses such as electricity, water, gas, internet access and a weekly cleaning of the room and change of towels and sheets. It also includes access to all common areas, and the use of all equipment available in these areas.

Can I visit the residence?

Of course, you just have to contact us, propose a date and time and we will schedule your appointment. You can visit us from Monday to Sunday at the time you want.

Where is the supermarket?

You can find a Mercadona less than 7 minutes walk from the residence.

If I share a studio, can I choose my partner?

Of course, if you share a studio you can tell us who you want to share it with and we will manage both reservations and assign you a person with whom you will share a room. We try to assign you a person according to you, either because you study the same, are of the same age or from the same place of origin.

Is the residence open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day?

Yes. The reception staff or/and concierges are from Monday to Sunday 24 hours covering all the time in the residence. In addition, the building is fully guarded by CCTV cameras.

What is the difference between Building C and Building H?

Building H is the "main" building and has a reception, hall, dining room, recreation room, library and laundry.
Building C is located right next door and has a gym, two study rooms and a laundry room.
The difference in the price of accommodation between one and the other is based on the services that building H has. 

Is there an arrival time for residents?

No, there are no time restrictions in any case for residents, they can come and go with their card whenever they want.
